Mindshare.tips provides educational content, market insights, and digital tools related to cryptocurrency, personal growth, and analytics.
The Mindshare Tracker App allows users—particularly Google account holders—to log in, track their token activity, and manage insights related to the Mindshare ecosystem.

Use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties, and nothing within the platform constitutes financial or investment advice.

To use the Service:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
   
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
   
• You must not be prohibited from using online services under U.S. or international law.
   

By logging in with Google or any other third-party provider, you represent that the account belongs to you and that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

When you sign in using Google, you authorize us to:

• Access limited profile information (name, email, and profile picture).
   
• Store and manage your session securely.
   
• Use authentication tokens to maintain your login state.
   

We do not store your Google password.
You can revoke Mindshare.tips’ access at any time through your Google Account settings.

We do not sell your data.

All content, logos, names, designs, software, and materials on Mindshare.tips are owned by or licensed to Mindsharetips LLC.
This includes but is not limited to:

• The Mindshare Hero brand and visual elements.
   
• The Mindshare Tracker App and its analytics features.
   
• Original articles, media, and marketing content.
   

You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without permission.

Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any associated data within the Mindshare Tracker.

 We may update these Terms periodically.
