Effective Date: 10/13/2025  Last Updated: 10/13/2025This Data Deletion & Revocation Policy explains how users of Mindshare.tips and the Mindshare Tracker App can control, revoke, or permanently delete their data collected via Google Sign-In or through the app.

You can revoke the Mindshare Tracker App’s access to your Google account at any time.

1. Go to your Google Account → https://myaccount.google.com/permissions  
2. Under “Third-party apps with account access”, locate Mindshare Tracker or Mindshare.tips 
3. Select Remove Access 

Once access is revoked:

• We immediately lose the ability to read or store any future data from your Google account.  
• Any remaining stored data related to your session will be flagged for deletion from our systems within 72 hours.  

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us directly.

Send an email to contact@mindshare.tips with the subject line:

“Data Deletion Request – [Your Google Account Email]”  

Upon verification:

• All personal data (email, name, session tokens, preferences, and analytics logs) will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.  
• Confirmation of deletion will be emailed to you.  
• Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.  

Certain temporary data is automatically deleted without manual request:

• OAuth tokens expire within hours unless renewed.  
• Session cookies and cache clear after logout or inactivity.  
• System logs rotate and purge every 30 days.  

We only retain anonymized, aggregate metrics (non-identifiable) for service analytics and security purposes.

If you only want specific data removed (e.g., usage logs, preferences, or tracker data) but keep your account active:

• Email contact@mindshare.tips with details of your request.  
• We’ll confirm what can be selectively deleted while preserving essential account functionality.  

For privacy protection:

• All deletion or revocation requests must come from the same Google account used to sign in.  
• We may verify your request via a secure confirmation email.  
• No third party can request deletion on your behalf without verifiable consent.  

If you logged into Mindshare.tips using integrations (e.g., Telegram, DEXTools, Solana wallet, etc.), you must also follow each third party’s own data revocation procedure. We cannot delete or control data stored on external platforms.
